Group Classes

Payments

We offer a free trial class for new students of our group classes to ensure that each child is happy working with us before committing to a full term.

All of our classes are paid for in advance and our group classes are charged for by the term. Our invoices are sent via email and payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Please know that all payments are non-refundable as you have reserved your child’s space for the term. If you choose to withdraw your child before the end of their allotted classes, please know that you will forfeit any monies paid (although you are welcome to gift the remaining sessions of the term to another).

Cancellations

If a student is unable to make their scheduled class, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to either extend the next week’s session or offer a space in the alternate group class. Please know that if the group classes are full, in the interests of both health and safety and maintaining the standards of the tuition delivered, this will not be possible.

On rare occasions, due to unavoidable circumstances, we may have to cancel a scheduled class. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible but last-minute cancellations due to circumstances outside of our control are possible.

In the event of this occurring, we can either give you a refund for the missed class or deduct the class fee from the following term’s fees, whichever is your preference.

Private Classes

The first private class (whether online or in-person) is charged as a one-off payment, to ensure that each child is happy working with us before committing to a half-term of classes.

All of our classes are paid for in advance and our private classes are charged for by the half-term. Our invoices are sent via email and payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Please know that all payments are non-refundable as you have reserved your child’s space for the half-term. If you choose to withdraw your child before the end of their allotted classes, please know that you will forfeit any monies paid (although you are welcome to gift the remaining sessions of the term to another).

Cancellations

If a student is unable to make their scheduled class, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are given more than 48 hours notice, we will ‘carry forward’ the payment.

Please be aware that repeated cancellations may result in our no longer being able to work with your child.

Warranties

Please understand that we make no promises or guarantees with regard to your child’s academic performance as a result of any tutoring provided.
